Mild White Cheddar

Smooth and solid, Black Diamond Mild White Cheddar is a lovely cheese to slice and snack or used to add mild richness to a recipe. Great in sandwiches or on apples and crackers. Though the colour is different, the flavour is the same as the the orange mild cheddar cheese: smooth, creamy, and slightly nutty. Available in: 270g, 450g, 907g

Cheese Triumphs in Room Temperature

Serve ripened cheeses at room temperature because cold can mask their flavours. To temper cheese, remove it from the refrigerator 30-60 minutes before serving, depending on the hardness of the cheese. Leave the cheese in a fresh, well-ventilated area and cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap to prevent drying.

Keep Cheese Away from Smelly Foods

Be careful to not store cheese with strong-smelling foods because the cheese will breathe in the odors and absorb it – this can alter the taste and spoil the cheese.
