FAQ

  1. Where can I find Black Diamond products? Black Diamond products can be found at most major retailers. If you are unable to find our products at your local retailer, please speak to the dairy manager to see if they can place an order for you.
  2. What's the best way to store Black Diamond cheese? If it comes in resealable packaging, be sure to seal properly before placing in the refrigerator. If it does not, wrap in plastic wrap and then place in a sealable bag, ensuring air has been removed before closing and placing in fridge. Ideal storage temperature is between 0-4 degrees celcius in the coldest part of your fridge and away from light (i.e. bottom or middle shelf). Be sure to store away from strong smelling foods as the odours can be absorbed by the cheese.
